Hello, I'm Patrick. What sets me apart from other Massage Practitioners in the West Midlands and the South West - is that I only use recognised and proven techniques. Whether it's  sports massage, remedial massage, maintenance massage, swedish massage, soft tissue release, neuromuscular techniques, muscle energy techniques and trigger point work.

These will encourage and nurture your body to naturally grow healthier tissue. Working with nature, rather than against it and my treatments will improve your flexibility too.

Saying that, massage is about more than just the conditions that I treat. It's about you. And this is why I will work with you to make sure that your pain goes away … and stays away.

Working with sports people and people like you. Clients include men between 20 and 87 years of age. Some are from worcester rowing club, worcester cricket clubs, worcester football clubs. And others are carpenters, doctors, plumbers, managers, not in employment, to name but a few.

They tell me that my massage is much more effective than other sports massages. They release chronic tension, with stretching, slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas. And following or going across the fibre's of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

Meet Paul O'Connell. Captain of the British and Irish Lions Team that is touring in South Africa. In a recent interview, Paul talked about the value of massage to him and his team mates. Click here to read more.

He has three or four massages a week. On the day after a game, the massage is relaxing. Two and three days after the game, it gets deeper. He recognises that if he doesn't have frequent massage that, his muscles will be less flexible. And he will be more likely to play a bad game.

Massage is equally important for non-sports men too. Whether you work in a stressful job, on the construction site or simply have aching muscles, ligaments and tendons.
